Mexican Spice Cheese Crackers

From the kitchen of Sheryl Sweet, W170381, of the Du-Bol Winnies of FL

  • 1 (13.7 ounce) box White Cheddar Cheese-its
  • 1/4 C canola oil
  • 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning
  • 5 T chopped cilantro (dried or fresh)

1. Preheat oven to 250F.

2. In a large bowl, use your hands to mix oil and crackers, coating the crackers completely. Add the taco seasoning and cilantro and mix until well combined. Take care not to break the crackers as you mix with your hands.

3. Spread crackers on a large baking tray. Cook for 20 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.

4. Store in an air-tight container or re-sealable bag.

Yields 8-10 servings
