Hashbrown Casserole

From the kitchen of Saundra Abel, W159184, of the Du-Bol Winnies of Florida

  • 1 stick softened margarine
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Mix together in large bowl and add

  • 1 bag Oreida Hashbrowns (2 pounds)
  • 8 oz. package shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ bag frozen chopped onions

 

  1. Put in buttered glass dish (9x13) and top with crushed corn flakes.
  2. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
