From the kitchen of Saundra Abel, W159184, of the Du-Bol Winnies of Florida
- 1 stick softened margarine
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Mix together in large bowl and add
- 1 bag Oreida Hashbrowns (2 pounds)
- 8 oz. package shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ bag frozen chopped onions
- Put in buttered glass dish (9x13) and top with crushed corn flakes.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
